River Floods in Spring, 2008
The Embarras River overflowed four times this spring, shutting off access on the Ste. Marie Road north and on the road to the Bend traveling east. Here are pictures taken Easter week (March 20, 2008):

No access north for a few days as the river rushed over the Ste. Marie Road.
